This website is provided by Work Safely Mobile Testing for information about our services and to let you request them. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a request through the website does not confirm an appointment or dispatch. Availability, service details, the collection location, pricing and scheduling must be confirmed by our team before a collector is sent. If you need immediate service, call 1-800-539-4934. Dispatch answers 24/7/365.

Prices and fees

Prices shown on this website are starting rates per test and exclude additional fees. Mileage, after-hours service, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing, observed collections, weekends, holidays and less than 24 hours’ notice may affect the total. We confirm the quote before scheduling.

Testing arrangements

The requester is responsible for providing accurate location and contact details and the testing instructions required by the applicable program. Our team confirms collection and reporting arrangements before the service.

Payment

We send an invoice for each service, and the invoice includes a Pay Now button for online payment. We also accept cash, all major credit cards and fleet checks. Your quote is confirmed before scheduling.

Cancellations and rescheduling

A cancellation fee applies when a confirmed collection is cancelled. If you reschedule instead, fees may be waived depending on the miles already driven and the time of dispatch. Please call 1-800-539-4934 as early as possible if your plans change, and we will tell you what applies to your request.

Refunds

Refunds are considered case by case, based on the circumstances of the request. Contact us to discuss a refund.

Information on this site is general

Descriptions of testing methods, regulations and procedures, including the Resources guides and the FAQ, are general education. They are not legal, regulatory or medical advice. DOT-regulated testing is governed by 49 CFR Part 40 and the rules of the relevant agency. Non-DOT testing follows the employer’s or requesting party’s applicable testing program and does not satisfy a DOT testing requirement. Employers remain responsible for determining which testing programs and requirements apply to their employees.

References to laboratories describe our collection capabilities and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those laboratories beyond our stated relationships.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: for example, by submitting false, abusive or unlawful content through the request form, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site’s operation, or using automated tools to scrape or flood it.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout of this website belong to Work Safely Mobile Testing or its licensors. You may view, print or save pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify site content, or use our name or logo, without written permission.
